Contact us at email@example.com or via DM on Instagram - prior to you shipping your return/exchange, for proper return address and the return process. Failure to contact us before you ship your return can delay and/or forfeit your exchange or refund rights.
Pre-order items may be exchanged or refunded only after your item has been shipped and received by you. You may not receive a refund or exchange a pre-order item before your item arrives to you.
Pairing In-Stock items with Pre-Order items will delay your In-Stock order. They ship together. Place separate order for In-Stock Items.
Items can only be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order and item must be returned in NEW condition, with tags still attached.
Items returned not in new condition will be returned back to the customer and postage paid by customer.
Customer covers all return postage unless otherwise stated.
